This year was the first time I had ever taken responsibility for the epic task of preparing and cooking Christmas Dinner and I have to say it was bloody magnificent! I spent this years Christmas Day in Toronto with 2 of my Irish house mates Trevor and Mick and Irish mates Jimmy, Darrell and Anita. The day ended up being wonderful. Full of good food, lots of drink and wonderful company. The menu included
- A maple glazed Turkey with Riesling gravy.
- Honey glazed Ham with cloves (prepared and cooked by Jimmy)
- Loads of Roast Veggies (Pealed and chopped by Trev and Mick)
- Beans (for that bit of greenery on the plate) &
- Home made apple pie for desert.

Santa Stockings for the boys around the Kitchen Table.

Breaky of danishes, croissants and Champagne.... lovely start to Chrissy Day.
