St Lawrence Market = Really Yummy Food!

Upon my friend Stephanie's insistence I took a trip with her to St Lawrence Market. A large indoor food market located in the old town of Toronto. Basically the trip was for two reasons, 1. To stock up with plenty of gourmet food for the long weekend and 2. So I could try a Canadian Peameal Back Bacon Sandwich! Which I might ad was THE best bacon sandwich I have ever had. Mmmmm just thinking about it is making me hungry :)

Any ways below is some pics of some of the delights at the market, was actually worth the trip. All of the food there is fresh, home made or organic produce. As well as the cheapest yummiest seafood and of course plenty of bacon.

Where you go to get your bacon sandwich, apparently it's world famous and so it should be. Delicious!

Anti-pasto galore!

Cheese, Cheese and more cheese.

Maple syrup glazed bacon, oh god I've died and gone to cardio vascular disease heaven!

The Entrance of St Lawrence Market.

The creative side of the market... I couldn't decide between the guinea fowl and the wild boar!! ha

A twist on the traditional Aussie Meat Pie.

A platter of deliciousness, which Alvin the cat is eyeing off!

Of course don't forget the red wine to go with it!!
