1 year in Canadia

Oh my haven't I just been the slackest blogger in the world. It's been yonks since I posted any thing and this has mostly been due to two things, 1) All I do is work these days so have had nothing to write about and 2) My Internet has been shoddy so haven't been able to upload pictures. However all that is about to change as Summer has finally hit Toronto! Hoo Ray. So that means that 1) I go back to work only 5 days a week instead of 6 and 2) I'm off on holidays soon... yay so lots to write about! Oh the Internet is still shoddy but I am working through that.

Friday I am off to Nova Scotia for 10 days. Nova Scotia is an eastern province in Canada well known for its Maritime history so I am very excited to be near the beach again. I'm also going to go a little further north and visit Prince Edward Island. PEI is a small island but is well known for Anne of Green Gables and the warmest ocean in Canada....yay! After 8 months of working my bum off I am so excited to start some travelling again and seeing some more of Canada. I really can't belive it has now been 12 months since I made the move to the Great White North. I've so far enjoyed my time here although hope over the next 12 months to get a lot more traveling and adventure in.

Although over the the last few months I did make some changes, I moved into a new apartment (or as they are known here Condo) and love it! It's on the 18th floor of a building right on the fringe of the entertainment district and the shopping districts. So it's a great neighbourhood. I've moved in with a friend of a friend and living arrangements are awesome. Nicole enjoys a beer just as much as me so it's great to be back living with some one I get along with again. I've posted some pics below of the fab view we have here. But much more to come after my trip out east! Yay.
