A week of body abuse

I just don't know what the story is with this week and my poor old body...okay most of my aches and pains are self inflicted but still why do things have to happen all in the same week? Let's begin with the end of last week, as that's really where the abuse started...

After a steady night of tequila shots..(yes my favorite) my body was a little slow Friday, I was not up for much and for some reason my legs ached like there was no tomorrow...don't know why am still yet to work that one out. Right so move on to Saturday, (keep in mind the legs still a little shaky) the nature of my job requires me to do some pretty silly things and the best way to get these silly things right is trial and error! So I get on the bar (the uneven bars not the sit and drink at bar....although have hurt my self a few times at one of those as well!) so back to the bar... I try to do this new thing called a single leg circle..WHACK! Slam the front of my mother fucking thigh on the bar as hard as I possible could. Swear my ass off then go ok let's try again....WHACK! This time it's the back of my leg which means two things, I am getting closer to getting it right but also it's still all wrong and now I got a matching bruise on the back of my leg. Any way this went on for a little awhile until my legs were covered in bruises and finally Maria gave me a spot and I managed to do the fucking thing.

So I bruised my legs big deal I hear you say...right next thing I decided that since I drank to much on the weekend I thought I might kill my self in the pool. Now I actually like exercise and that silly feeling you get when you just drill your self so the training part wasn't so bad, actually I think I reached such a high lactic acid level that I was in fits of giggles...trust me it was funny. However the next day it was so not funny...Awe my legs felt like lead! On top of all the bruises my legs we like trying to move kegs of Guinness ...mmm Guinness....sorry back to the aches...I forced my way through cartwheels and handstands and all the other nonsense I have to do.
However get to the part where I am teaching that crazy bloody move on the uneven bars and when WHACK! This 5 year old kid slams his elbow into my jaw, now this is not just a gentle tap it was like receiving an upper cut from a fully grown man (okay I don't really know what an upper cut from a fully grown man feels like lucky enough not to but still it hurt!) :( But then wait... I actually bite my tongue to hold back swearing at the little shit! I mean poor little darling!

So my legs are bruised, full of lactic acid and my mouth hurts. But wait there is more....So today feeling a little better I decided to try a few more harder exercises on the bar again...LOL WHACK same result..I am actually pretty good at my job hahaha just takes a lot of practice. But this afternoon I was feeling okay and I thought I would walk on my hands from one end of the red mat to the other.

Now the red mat is not small and it's a bit of a way and I did it with my legs straight...woohooo was quite excited as it was the first time I had controlled my body to stay so straight...until some one yells out that my shirt has fallen and I am showing my back...god, low and behold someone shows some flesh in this country. So then I lose it and go WHACK straight down on my back and wind the crap out of my self! Although I did stand up and pretend that I was fine hahahaha since the kids were watching and I had to do a happy dance because I walked so far :) But now my upper back is all out and I really need some little Thai lady to come walk on it!
Now the scary thing is I still have 3 more days of flipping around that bloody bar! HELP! I am yet to break a bone in my body and after doing lots of crazy things, but I have a feeling that this week I could be looking down the barrel of a hospital visit.

On the flip side I did manage to score a manicure and pedicure for 3kd so I guess it's not all bad! Just the nature of the job I guess and to be honest it's pretty bloody funny how many times I smacked my legs on the bar.
