St Patrick's Day Kuwaiti Style

Its amazing to think that this time last year I was actually in Ireland! Freezing my ass off in Doolin, suffering from a terrible cold and trying to drink hot whisky to make my self feel better. Thankfully this year I was not sick, but then again I am in Kuwait so maybe that makes me mentally sick hahahaha. Nah actually this St Partick's day was a blast, thanks to Ted and his wonderful brewing skills we even had some stout to celebrate. Here are the photos of the night, and I will also just quickly mention that Mark, Mad's husband, works insane hours so unfortunately we don't get to see him at too many of our gatherings, so to make up for it he tried to get him self in as many photos as possible to prove his does exist. I was considering naming this post "Where's Mark?" in "Where's Wally" style but he just made him self to dam obvious! Hehe Kidding Mark, got to love ya Champ! Enjoy the pics.....

The beach at the Hilton Kuwait resort and a volley ball match that took no less that 20 minutes for some Kuwaitis to organise. Must of been a world record!

Ok this pic is just pure culture clashes. Now at the Hilton it is one of the few places where ex pats can chill out in their bikinis and feel some what at home. So why a WIB (woman in black) and her husband are there? I just don't know but I thought the scene was funny with the two behind almost naked and then the couple in front covered from head to foot! This my friends is Kuwait!
